As an outpatient, private basic care service, we offer our services to everyone who needs advice, basic care, care, support and household care in their home environment.
Every person is perceived in its entirety and uniqueness and we treat it with tolerance and respect. Basic care and help in coping with everyday life are for us an equal process between those seeking help and those giving help. Basic care services are planned, carried out and documented individually for everyone based on their need for help.
In order to establish a familiar relationship between our employees and the people in need of help, we make sure that frequent employee changes are avoided. We respond individually and unconventionally to the wishes and needs of our clients. We wish for a relationship between patient and employee based on respect, empathy and trust.
Target group:
People who rely on outside help because of age, illness, disability.
Self-determination and staying in one's own household has top priority for our clientele. However, self-determination of your everyday life is particularly important, which has a major impact on the quality of life.
The patient decides when to get up, when to shower, wash or bathe, what to eat when and what activities to do in his spare time. Our employees have the task of accompanying the individual in this self-determined daily routine and of providing help where he can no longer manage on his own, but above all where he can allow it.
Often, outpatient care has its limits, for example when loneliness threatens or a significant amount of care or care is required, but home care is not an alternative for many old people.
Our individually designed visit times help patients to get through the pitfalls of everyday life
